SteMic Marine Construction has proudly been a family-operated business since the early 1980s. In July 2024, SteMic was purchased by Ark Marine Construction and Services, bringing new energy and resources while maintaining the values and traditions that built our reputation.

Today, SteMic remains family-owned and operated, with the same experienced team you've come to know and trust. Our commitment to delivering exceptional marine construction services — from docks and seawalls to boat lifts and dredging — remains stronger than ever.

We are excited to continue serving Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers, and the surrounding communities, and we look forward to building lasting relationships here in Southwest Florida. At SteMic Marine Construction, our mission is to bring your waterfront dreams to life with craftsmanship you can depend on.

Our employees are fully covered in the event of an accident. This includes the Worker’s Compensation required by the State of Florida and the federally required Jones Act and USL&H coverage which many of our competitors do not have. This is important to you because if a worker is injured on your property, you may be held liable.
